PTMS March 28-April 1

PTMS Wildcats,

    We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  We thank everyone for participating in our March Spirit Week.  It was great to see so many students and staff participate in the daily themes throughout our building.  On Friday, PTMS had the State Police come to our school and present an assembly on Internet Safety.  Students learned about cyberbullying, inappropriate messaging and posts, how to stay safe from online predators, how online decisions now may come back up in the future, and more!  We thank Trooper Jean, Trooper Crawford, and Detective Feehan for talking with us all and teaching us how to be responsible digital citizens.  We are looking forward to seeing all of our Wildcats continue to improve their digital footprint.

PTMS March 21-25

 PTMS Wildcats, 

     We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  This past week PTMS celebrated our transportation department with our "Bus Driver Appreciation Week."  Also, on Wednesday, our PTMS National Junior Honor Society inducted 40 students.  We congratulate these students on their hard work and encourage these students to continue being positive role models for our school!  

    This week PTMS is celebrating our Spring Spirit with a week of daily themes.  Please see the flyer below and we look forward to seeing our staff and students participate in each day's theme.  Also, on Friday, PTMS will welcome the NJ State Police Department to present an "Internet Safety" assembly to our students.

PTMS March 14-18

PTMS Wildcats, 

   We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  This past week, all of our Wildcats completed their NWEA Map Assessment.  This week, our PTMS Data Team will be analyzing the scores and creating our third round of RTI groups to continue supporting students in Math and Language Arts.  Any student identified for services will receive their letter by the end of the week.  

  Looking ahead to this week, our PTMS Student Council worked very hard to create "School Bus Safety Week."  We are looking forward to having our transportation department provide an informative assembly on bus safety to our student body.  Also, this week we will have our poster contest and wear yellow to honor our bus drivers on Friday, March 18.  On Wednesday, we are looking forward to our NJHS Inductions.  40 new Wildcats will be inducted into the PTMS NJHS Chapter.  Congratulations to our Wildcats!

PTMS March 7-11

 PTMS Wildcats,

  We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  This past week, PTMS Studios launched for our school.  We are looking forward to seeing how this will grow with our students.  Check out this video below that was shared with our students on Wednesday, March 2.  Stay tuned for more!    

This week will mark the middle of the third marking period for the 2021-22 school year.  We continue to remind students to take advantage of Z.A.P., after-school homework club, complete their work on time, and communicate with their teachers if there is something that they need support.  We want to see all of our Wildcats thrive!
