PTMS December 12-16

PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  We had a great week at PTMS!  On Thursday and Friday, we had our 1st Marking Period Honor Roll Breakfast which had over 270 students in attendance.  Each of our students was given a certificate along with an acknowledgment breakfast.  We look forward to having even more students attend after marking period 2 grades are finalized.

Our Student Appreciation Night was a huge success.  Thank you to all of our parents/guardians, and PTMS staff who were able to help with the night.  We had over 270 students attend the event and take part in eating pizza, dancing, playing laser tag, and enjoying the game truck.  The night ended with the Centerton Fire Company bringing their fire trucks fully lit with holiday lights, music, and Santa to greet the Wildcats as they left to go home for the night.

PTMS November 28-December 2

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their long weekend and had a Happy Thanksgiving!  We want to thank all of our parents/guardians who were able to attend the PTMS parent/teacher conferences.  The school to home partnership is extremely important in helping our Wildcats achieve their highest potential.  We look forward to working together for the remainder of the school year!  Please continue to log-in to PowerSchool to maintain accurate records of your student's progress.

This past week was our first Wildcats Wildness!  This event was a huge success and our students showcased their school PRIDE wearing their grade level shirts, face paint, and more!  Each competition had a team from each grade level participate in an activity while the remaining students cheered from their section.  Our grades 6 and 7 were the winners for this round.  We look forward to Wildcat Wildness Round 2 in February.

PTMS October 31-November 4

PTMS Wildcats,

We thank our Wildcats and PTMS staff for participating in Red Ribbon Week.  All of our Wildcats continued to learn about the importance of being drug-free and focused on healthy life choices.

Our Harvest Festival was also a huge success!  We thank our PTMS staff for making this event such a fantastic night for our school community.  Everyone who attended was able to paint a pumpkin, enjoy a hayride, slide, and race on inflatables, take part in a doughnut eating contest, enjoy some music, compete in potato sack races and in tug of war, and more!  Thank you to all of our students and their families for coming out to visit PTMS during the night!
