PTMS November 13-17

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed the 4-day weekend.  As a reminder, Monday, November 13th is the last day of the first marking period.  Starting on Tuesday, all students in grades 5-6 will report to their marking period two Exploratory class, and all students will rotate to their marking period two Thrive class.  In other exciting news, all Physical Education classes will resume in the gymnasium this week!  

Parent/Teacher conferences are on November 20-21.  Specific times were previously sent out to the email account in PowerSchool.  If you did not receive this email, please contact the school and we will provide it to you.  

We look forward to talking with our parents and guardians regarding your student's academic progress soon.

PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  The 2023 PTMS Harvest Festival was a great success and had an amazing turnout.  We hope that all of our Wildcats and their families who made it enjoyed themselves!  Thank you for your continued support!  

This week is a short week with school Monday-Wednesday.  The end of the first marking period is quickly approaching.  Monday, November 13 is the last day for the first marking period.  We encourage all our students and parents to continue logging into PowerSchool to track academic progress for each class.  Wildcats, If you need directions on access, please stop by the office.  Parents and guardians, please call the school.

PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend!  We have a fun week ahead at PTMS.  In addition to all of the great learning going on around the school, we have our Harvest Festival on Friday, November 3.  All information for the night has been previously sent to the parent/guardian email on file in PowerSchool.  If you did not receive this information, please call the school so we can update what we have on file.

PTMS October 23-27

 PTMS Wildcats,

  We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend!  This week is Red Ribbon Week at PTMS.  During this week, we would like us to all work together to support our students with how to take care of their mind and body.  We look to continue teaching our students how to make positive choices, how to balance their stress with coping skills, who they can count on for support, and how to remain drug-free.  We look forward to seeing our students take part in the daily challenges while showing their school PRIDE!

PTMS October 16-20

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  

Thank you to all of the families who made it out to our 5th-grade car wash fundraiser.  The weather may not have been the best, but our Wildats made the most of it!  Your continued support is greatly appreciated by all of us at PTMS.  

Wildcats, you have 21 days left in the 1st marking period.  There is still plenty of time to improve any of your grades that are not where you would like them to be.  Make sure you are taking advantage of ZAP, after-school homework club, turning your work in on time, and checking PowerSchool to see if you have any work due.  We are here to help you!

PTMS October 10-13

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope that everyone enjoyed their 3-day weekend.  Last week our school participated in "The Week of Respect, " which showed throughout the building.  Our staff and students participated in the daily school-wide dress-up and daily challenges that continue to help promote a respectful school.

We look forward to having additional spirit weeks throughout this 2023-24 school year.

PTMS October 2-6

 PTMS Wildcats,

  We hope that everyone enjoyed their weekend.  Our RTI Data Team has analyzed the NWEA Map scores over this past week.  Students in need of additional services for Math and ELA have been identified and will start meeting with their interventionist on Monday, October 2.  We look forward to providing additional support and helping each of our Wildcats grow.  

Time flies when you are learning and having fun!  This Friday, October 6 marks the middle of the first marking period for the 2023-24 school year.   Wildcats, make sure you are logging in to PowerSchool to check over your grades and assignment due dates.   

This week PTMS will be participating in the "Week of Respect." Each day is themed and has a school-wide challenge that we highly encourage each Wildcat to participate in.  (See below)
