PTMS September 28-October 2

 PTMS Wildcats,

It is hard to believe that we are at the end of September.  This past week "Waldo The Wildcat" came around to check in on our students and teachers.  Students were learning about National Hispanic Heritage Month, how to maintain healthy bones, participated in a virtual Kahoot, investigated their teacher during science, created fossils, investigated energy, and more!  We continue to thank our parents, students, and teachers for all of their hard work!

PTMS September 21-25

 PTMS Wildcats,

We have officially completed our first full week of school.  Everyone is hard at work to continue to learn the protocols around the school and how to be successful while virtual.  Our Wildcats are doing a great job of adjusting to the new format.  The teachers are working extremely hard to assist all of our learners that are in-person and virtual.  We want to say thank you to all of our parents and guardians.  It truly takes everyone working together for our students to succeed.  As an added reminder, teachers have virtual office hours daily for support and assistance.  We look forward to our upcoming week!

PTMS September 14-18

 PTMS Wildcats,

The 2020-2021 School Year officially kicked into gear this past week.  We are all adjusting to this new way of teaching and learning.  We thank everyone for your support as we work together to help each of our Wildcats.  Below are a few reminders to assist everyone this upcoming week and moving forward.

-All teachers are available daily for a virtual check-in.  This is posted in their Google Classroom so each student can check-in on their virtual days.

-Daily attendance is being taken by each teacher via Google Classroom.  All students need to complete each attendance assignment daily by 11:59pm for all of their classes.  In addition, when teachers assign work, it is to be submitted by 11:59pm on that day.

-Teachers are working diligently to create videos and assignments that will be challenging and engaging. Be sure to complete all assignments fully and watch the full video.  If videos are not watched in full, students will miss out on pieces of the content.

Welcome Back Presentations

 PTMS Wildcats,

Reimagine, Reunite, and Thrive!

School starts in just over a week.  We are excited to embark on this journey with our parents, guardians, and Wildcats.  Although teaching and learning are going to look different, we are looking forward to seeing each of our Wildcats thrive in new and exciting ways.  Our faculty will be coming in this week and setting up their classrooms, creating engaging videos, and preparing for our Back to School Night.  Please mark your calendar for Thursday, September 10.  This event will be done virtually and provide an opportunity for parents to engage with their child's teacher.

Below are the presentations for virtual and Cohort A/B student orientations.
