PTMS November 30-December 4

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope everyone enjoyed their Thanksgiving Break.  It is hard to believe that we are entering December this week.  PTMS welcomes Cohort A to school this week on Monday and Tuesday, Cohort B on Thursday and Friday, and Cohort D on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.  Reminder, that teachers are holding live sessions in the afternoon on days that you are not physically in PTMS.  Each Wednesday teachers will still have office hours from 1-3pm.  Make sure to reach out to your teachers as this can be time used to improve your grade, complete work, receive extra help, etc.

Check out this year's Talent Show.  Although we could not do our final production in-person, this did not stop Mrs. Brown and our students from displaying their talents.  Thank you to Mrs. Brown and our Talented Wildcats for putting together such an amazing production.  We hope everyone enjoys it!

Here is the link to this year's show.

PTMS November 23-25

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope everyone had a great weekend.  We are very fortunate to have such pleasant weather in the middle of November.  Hopefully, you were able to get outside and make the most of it.  This week PTMS will have all early dismissal days per the district schedule.  Monday and Tuesday will be for parent/teacher conferences and Wednesday will be for Thanksgiving Break.  As a reminder, our faculty will have office hours on Wednesday, November 25, 10-12pm.  Be sure to utilize this time for additional support in your classes.

Last Thursday, our region of the state was changed to "Orange-High Risk" for Covid 19.  Due to this change, PTMS will be implementing our hybrid schedule with a 12:15pm dismissal time.  We will be sending more information this week on how instruction will be delivered to all of our students.  We thank everyone for their patience as we make this transition.

PTMS November 2-4

 PTMS Wildcats,

We have completed our first two months of school for the 2020-2021 school year.  This past week we celebrated our Red Ribbon week in-person and virtually.  Each day was themed to build on our school community in keeping students safe from alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs.  We thank everyone who was able to participate!

This upcoming week we will be implementing our live schedule on November 3 due to the Governor's Executive Order number 177.  The schedule was sent out to all families last week.  Teachers will be live during the times that were provided.  We look forward to working with our students.

PTMS October 19-23

 PTMS Wildcats,

We hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.  We want to continue to thank our Wildcats, Staff, and parents for everyone's hard work during the past 6 weeks of school.  Our students are doing a great job with all of the new protocols for this year.  Our faculty are continuing to make videos and support students during virtual office hours, and our parents/guardians continue to provide support when our students are home.  Working together will continue to help each of our Wildcats achieve!  This coming week, students will be taking their MAP Assessment virtually or in-person depending on their schedule.  All students have received an email with directions if he/she is virtual.  Students in Cohort A/B will take the assessment when he/she comes to school.
